  I'm rating this a 1 because zero is not an option. I ordered flowers for a friend that is traveling abroad to be delivered to their loved one for Valentine's Day as a part of an intricately planned surprise. Although the credit card was charged and included an exuberant $12 delivery fee, the flowers never arrived. This caused very hurt feelings and a glitch in the plan. I called the florist this morning 2/15/17 to find out what happened and an very uncaring person said, "Oh, we'll try to get them delivered tomorrow, 2/16/17-(2 days after the anticipated delivery)". I explained this was unacceptable and asked why they weren't delivered and was told with so many orders the business just must have been missed. Again, no caring or compassion for their mess up or even an acceptable apology for causing misunderstandings and tears on what should have been a very happy occasion. I advised I wanted the flowers delivered ASAP and was told "We'll see what we can do". I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business or a scam. If the flowers are not delivered today, I will be contacting FTD or whomever they may be affiliated with an reporting them as well as contacting the BBB for assistance in an acceptable resolution. The service is horrible and completely unacceptable. I will warn everyone I know to avoid this shop at all costs. You may pay a few dollars more, but there are many more florists in the area that will appreciate your business. Would we have been charged for flowers that never arrived if I was not so completely aware of the situation? How many people from out of town pay for flowers that are never delivered? I'm appalled a the lack for professionalism and concern.

  I was apprehensive about going here after reading the horror stories, but it was the only place nearby. I just happened to be in the neighborhood and I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with some flowers at her work. I walked in on while they were assembling some massive order, and was greeted immediately. My request was handled quickly and with patience as I changed my mind about details. The lady helping me even dressed up my little single rose purchase beyond what I was expecting as if the chaos behind her wasn't there. $5 for a single rose with some accent sprigs all wrapped in some tissue paper and she was smiling the whole time. I realize that some people have their bad experiences with this store, but I plan to use them exclusively from now on.

  Very Efficient Service. You can walk in and place your order, which will be ready in minutes. The ladies there are so attentive. Highly recommend if you are on a budget but still wants something presentable. Most flower shops in and around Orlando is an arm and a leg.
