  I attempted to use the Air - Vac Machine which was Identified with a conspicuous sign reading "Circle K Air - Vac" located on its top. At approximately 9:00 am EST on 11/22/2017, after placing my 6 quarters into the device, and selecting "air," the computer controller never turned on the compressor. These things happen, but what happened next I did not expect. I went into the store to ask for my money back, and the clerk who identified himself as Johnny (perhaps that is his real name), said that he could not give me back my money, and that I needed to call the number on the side of the machine and ask them for it. I told him I would call it in for him, but only after calling the store manager. Was he or she even there at the time? Who knows? Then He said "I don't care who you call. Call anybody you want, tell them Johnny told you to do so!" So it really is not "Circle K Air- Vac" as advertised, now is it? Afterward, and short my six quarters, I asked "Johnny" to give me change for two dollars so I could go and find air elsewhere which he did. After finally getting my air at the nearby competition, I called the number on the side of the machine and arranged to have a check for my buck and a half mailed to me. During the conversation with the very nice lady she explained that the instructions for that store are to give the customer his money back and then call in the outage, and get the refund sent to the store. Obviously "Johnny" did not get the memo on that one. That describes my first, and last visit to a Circle K.
