  First time visited after a referral and I was excited having never seeing a chiropractor . Felt very rush by the doctor I saw not the owner I understood later. Spoke on my treatment options and that I would receive a prescription for ergonomic which would be order 6-8 weeks external of this office and he agreed based on assessment. When I left room waiting at the front to check out over 25 mins overheard him/ doc saying to receptionist he will not write until the next visit, was surprise to hear then she confirmed . I stood waiting for a followup response after I shared my conversation indictating this what I was told, no feedback. Please note my appointment was at 4 got there at 3:55 and left at 5:17 minus waiting to check out and direct doc conversation 12-15 minutes. Additional received a receipt on my first visit, nothing done other than consulting showing over $400 in balance this did not include what I paid out of pocket and was told to ignore but this was never change. Did not get a feedback/Estimate on what I may be looking at out of pocket with my treatment options given it was out of network, when asked he/ doc responded I don't do the finances. No feedback was given on that, please note I opted out of X-ray because I felt my cost will exceed if I am unaware of the unknown and it's better to begin with basics. When I called my referral and shared my feedback she was apologetic and she did mention all this may have occurred because the owner/ main doctor was not around and admitted she no longer went there because of poor customer service and who I saw was not the main doc. I am disappointed because it was a commute to get there which I would be happy to if the experience was better and learning what I did after the fact with my referral. However, let's see if my experience mattered to the proprietor.
