  If you enjoy hidden fees and used car salesman tactics this is the place for you. They’re going to lure you in with their friendly shuttle guys, then you feel obligated to sign when they tack on their exorbitant fees for EVERYTHING because you already took the time to get there. I was quoted $180 online, opted out of the fuel package and toll packages and whatever else they throw at you and it was still $200 above my quote. Sounds nice right. Take my experience for what it’s worth, literally went one block, got upset enough about the charges to turn around and gave them their car back. Booked with Alamo over the phone and saved literally $150 dollars for a week. They sat their and smiled while they they screwed me over and had to charge me for a “day.” It took me an hour and a half and $50 but I am dang glad I went with someone else. These people are crooks in the business of screwing over tourists that think they are getting the best deal and they have had plenty of practice. This is the first review I’ve ever written. I run a restaurant for a living and hate when people hide behind their phone and write bs reviews. I hope I educate everyone that reads this so that you don’t lose your money. My $50 is well spent if I help just one person. Save your time and money and book with a real company like Alamo or Enterprise. Alamo was better for us in every way and we took the long way there.

  Very bad experience! This was the Orlando location. We will never return to do business with them again. To begin, the price we were quoted was nothing close to what we ended up having to pay. Even though we provided our own, high quality, full-coverage insurance they still forced us to pay for theirs. $100 for 2 1/2 days just for insurance! Plus they tack on tons more fees and the end price is extortion. You are away from the airport at their location so you are pretty much stuck with them.
  
  The vehicle return was the worst customer service experience we had ever experienced! Truly unprofessional, rude and dishonest. We caught them in multiple lies. We were told twice while renting that if we returned the car earlier than the time of rental we would get refunded various fees. When we asked for that they told us absolutely not, they don’t offer such refunds. When we asked to speak to the manager the rude employee said he was the manager and they would not change anything for us. We decided to stop dealing with them and decided to plan on calling the corporate office. When we asked an employee for the name of the manager he lied and gave us the name of a woman. We told him that the manager was a man and when he realized we had already spoken with the “manager” he refused to tell us the name.
  
  We realized that they hadn’t given us any receipt or documentation of the return transaction so when we asked for one we asked her the name of the manager and she said the manager wasn’t in yet and that the other employee wasn’t in fact the manager. So he lied. When we asked for a receipt with the actual time of return reflected on it they refused to give us that, they wouldn’t even give us a signed paper with the time. The lying “manager’s” name is Christian.
  
  Again, we will never rent from them again. We hope the corporate office will right this wrong....
