  The experience with Taylor Morrison was the absolute worst experience EVER!!! The sales representative José Perez was the most incompetent and clearly either was shopping out of his own pocket or wanted to discriminate because he made it a point to insinuate on several occasions that I couldn’t afford my home. He also made several mistakes throughout the process to which he didn’t take ownership and tried to pass the buck. His direct supervisor Lisa Dennis was no better when his mistakes were presented to her. Her lack of professionalism was uncanny. It baffles me that she is still employed by this company or any company for that matter. I have the emails to show just how she acts as a representative of the company. Let’s move on to the construction side of things...the nightmare still continues...when plans are drawn up with flaws from engineering and overlooked by the construction manager Carlos Vasquez and also IGNORED when I the buyer brought it to everyone’s attention with pictures and emails and phone calls. It was at the point where I called and cancelled the original closing because my issues still weren’t addressed from months prior and Taylor Morrison and their representatives weren’t doing anything about it until I made it a point to hit them where it hurt, financially, by making them miss out on their bonuses post closing. I tell people all the time the only reason I continued with this home build is so they can’t say this is a bogus review. I own the house currently and have the receipts to back it up. This review should not be discarded and I would love to tell the full story about the experience and paint a realistic picture of “the premier homebuilder” “America’s trusted home builder”. Whomever reads this review if you want more insight including emails and voice recordings let me know. I’m putting it all out there so all can see how horrible this company is and either force them to change or you can choose to give your money to another company

  I love my new house, hopefully google maps will get the house numbers and street names right sometime soon. Beware of the centipedes and earwigs.
