  I was so excited to get wallpaper and was disappointed when I came in to get my order. My order was transcribed incorrectly causing the wrong paper to be delivered.
  This would normally not be a huge deal except I had contractors coming to install so I requested a refund since I cannot wait for a new order.
  The lady gave me a reprint of my original order and proceeded to argue this is my refund when I asked to see the original receipt they had, she refused. I demanded they show me where it was a refund. She told me to wait 3 days or so to check my bank.
  Meanwhile the other girl now decided she wanted to offer options. This would have worked in the beginning. You do not get a consumer so frustrated they cannot look at you and then offer service.
  I again stood there and demanded a refund so finally after standing there for 20 MORE minutes, she produced a receipt showing a refund.
  Which shows she lied, all she did was re-print my original order.
  No apologies, just lies and as the consumer I'm supposed to understand.
  Again, I was so excited to find this place and would have returned with other projects but based on this experience I will ensure I never return and my friends/family/coworkers are made aware. All it would have taken to win me over is an apology in the beginning and an offer to rush order.
  Instead I was met with eye rolls, insults in Portuguese (which I understood) and recommendations to wait to see a refund on my bank ledger.

  This place is AMAZING! Their products are so unique and the service is great! You HAVE to go there if you are looking to dress up your walls!
