  WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE WITH ANY FIRM OR ORGANIZATION.
  
  Clueless crew and a branch manager who can't care less. I won't list paragraphs but I will follow up with a BBB complain number.
  
  For all those who are curious, here's a quick glimpse:
  
  1-Lost my U-haul box and sent me to several locations when they had it in the warehouse but it was never checked in. Sure thing they never physically checked in until another branch manager told them to do so over the phone.
  
  2-Took the box and they never checked it out.
  
  3-they never gave me a receipt nor sent me an email with a receipt as promised.
  
  4-After I returned it, I'm still getting charged as it has to be on autopay. $99.99 monthly
  
  5-Customer service can't fix it.
  
  6-Branch manager doesn't call after I left few messages.
  
  7-Corporate doesn't respond to complains.
  
  Too many mistakes to list....
