  I went to 11815 East Colonial to pick up some moving supplies at the time of check out I was told that whatever boxes I didn't use I could return. They never mentioned anything about a receipt or anything like that. I went back today to return some boxes and they told me they needed a receipt for the return. I am beyond aggravated with their return policy. I will never purchase or rent anything from a uhaul again. Completely disappointed. Thanks for nothing.
