  We recently rented via Thrifty in Orlando airport via a UK booking agency where we paid in advance for the rental fee - I thought.
  Imagine our surprise to be advised there is a flat $92 extra to cover the tolls in Florida. When I said we will only be going through two tolls (to the airport and back) the response was 'well everyone gets this charge' with no other offer.
  That said and the amount is not insignificant, the vehicle, pick up and drop off service were good otherwise it would have been one or no stars - be aware
