  Why isn't there just a "POOR" option?
  
  I went here to donate 11" of hair to locks of love, and I was PUNISHED soundly by the hair-butcher GLADYS. She proceeded to ignore the length of hair I wanted after the cut (mid-back), and chopped away up to the top of my shoulders. Not only that, but the "evening out" is COMPLETELY uneven.
  
  DON'T EVER GO HERE.
  I WILL NEVER GO TO "SUPERCUTS" AGAIN.
