  I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy with sierra homes, it's an absolute nightmare. If you decide to buy with them please drive around wedgefield and knock on the doors of people that have sierra homes and I promise you won't find a happy customer.
  If you still decide to go with them hire a lawyer from the beginning so you don't have to go through the same night mare we went through.
