  It's very noisy. Police always around at night and don't let me started with the kids. Kids are everywhere with no adult supervision. I renew the lease the price went up. I was supposed to get a carpet cleaning in April now is May. I called 3 times to ask about it now I'm just tired of calling. The gate never worked. The dumpster in the back always full and with a lot of trashes laying around. The power in my house is in and out you turn one switch in the other room the tv and the light in the leaving room turn off as by itself. The maintenance kind of friendly they probably don't give them the right tools.
