  Rikers auto replaced a part on our vehicle while we were in Orlando. A few weeks later our vehicle began to have the same issue. We took our car to our local shop and Rikers has replaced the wrong part and on top of that, the “warranty” is useless. We filed a claim with the warranty company and they won’t pay. We were quoted $250 less from our local shop had we had the same part replaced, in fact our local shop quoted replacement with an OEM part and Rikers used an aftermarket part. We believe we were taken advantage of for being out of town and on top of that Rikers didn’t replace the correct part. I would not recommend this company to others.
