  I had actually left a poor review a couple weeks ago due to an accident I had with a truck rental coming out of their parkinglot. Manager spoke to me promptly explaining that they rent out trucks much like Uhaul does and that the drivers aren't their drivers. It is usual novice drivers that don't really know what they are doing.
  
  As far as renting goes, this is our go to location usually to rent items. I have never had an issues except getting in or out of their lot, but they aren't responsible for how they are built either. Their customer service is usually nice, they always have their pricing available and plenty of examples displayed on a TV screen when you come in as well as physical table set ups to give you a visual idea of what things look like.
  
  The only thing that maybe might make this place better is where they park their trucks (instead of the driveway on the side) and how they keep the lot in the back. A sweep wouldn't hurt. Not the most essential thing but I hope my post is helpful to the company in that they will continue to better their already great servicing.
