  What's the point in making a reservation online if they're not going to have that unit available when you go to sign all the paperwork? I reserved a climate controlled unit for a reason but when I showed up at my check-in appointment, they had no climate controlled units available. The closest one was another 20 minutes away which wouldn't work for me because of their hours and my work.
  
  Now come to find out they require you purchase insurance on the unit AND a $20 lock from them. None of this was stated anywhere on the website or confirmation email. Sure...the fine print said subject to fees blah blah blah but the whole experience made me feel like I'm at a sleepy used car lot. If I didn't NEED this, I would've walked out and figured something else out.
  
  Thank God they honored the online price...one positive.
