  I came to Popeyes to get me some good fried chicken , went to Jane, who was cashing at the time and she was very RUDE, she know nothing about customer service, she was very ignorant , to the fact that she didn’t understand what I was ordering and at the same time answering me as if I was DUM which make me look bad in front of other customers, and going on on about the order even when I told her to finish with it. The service was just horrible. This Store is on Orange Blossom , I think the store number is 11808 for sure. Need good Management with respect for Customers.

  Food was good but customer service could be better. I was waiting in line for about ten minutes before getting to order and had to wait another ten minutes at the window. Plus the server at the window had an attitude. Do better guys.

  The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I've been here two times, and each time the employees were rude and nasty. I made incredibly simple orders (3 pcs meal first time and Wicked Good deal combo). Each time, I was yelled at over the intercom. Each time I got to the window I was told that I did not order what I ordered after not receiving the drink to my meal (Both times) and inquiring about it. I was rudely asked
  "Why didn't you say that?" As if I had not just stated the word "COMBO" in the order. First time there I just dealt with it. Second time I just drove out the drive thru after the employee yelled. I will not spend money and I hope no one else does. In fact, I hope that branch goes out of business.
