  I have owned my vehicle for almost 5 years now. I have never had an oil drip. After having my oil changed one time there, I now have two large oil spots on my driveway. I went and asked if they could look to fix the problem, to which they went and checked the oil level and stated that it was good. I told them that it is leaking underneath, to which their reply was my oil plug must have gone bad and I can bring it back tomorrow. I work 12 hour shifts and do not have time for the next week to bring it back to them. After coming home I was able to crawl under my truck and tighten the plug nearly 3/4 of a turn. I informed them ahead of time that i could see oil leaking from this spot. PepBoys will never get my service again.
