  My phone was stolen from my jacket pocket while I was here as a designated driver and completely sober. There is something wrong going on here. I understand bars get crowded downtown on a Saturday night but the amount of people crammed into this place made it impossible to even get to an exit. If there was ever an emergency and the building needed to be evacuated people would be in trouble. The reason people are getting their things stolen isn't because they are too drunk to keep track of their them (which is the way the manager made it seem when I reported my stolen item)..its because this establishment is SO packed with people you have to fight your way across the building to get out of here, I didn't see a single security guard monitoring the crowds. I encountered quite a few outside who told me that people get their things stolen every weekend..It's obviously an on-going problem. My friend had her phone taken out of her zipped and sealed purse while attempting to get across the building on our way out. Management KNOWS there is a problem and has not implemented security measures or crowd control in order to stop theft..There are so many other fun places to go downtown, don't waste your money or risk your safety here.
