  They never should have closed the Apopka Location as now most of orange county has to go to this office which is packed. No fault of the people that work there. Thanks Scott Randolph for making it harder on all while you save a buck.

  If there was 0 stars I would give it. If your not in line by the time they open....saw some lines saying a 9-HOUR wait time?!?! Even for a drivers license renewal, its a 6 hour wait time. Who in their right mind would even allow that...sounds like city officials doesnt understand they need more locations open to serve more people. We are in the 21st Century and there is this thing called technology that helps improve efficiency 10-fold, they should look into it. If you can go to another location, I highly suggest going!
