  Called and got an unavailable message on the phone. Called back and got someone who couldn’t hold the phone still it seemed. Still, I made an appointment for the next day and showed up to find the door locked and two calls to the number giving the unavailable message again. How unprofessional.

  I have visited Dr Waite's office about 6 times in the last 2 months for a problem I was trying to figure out. I choose Dr Waite due to her abundant good reviews. I found her office staff to be friendly as well as helpful. Her assistants were also friendly and professional. Dr Waite however gets a big thumbs down from me.
  
  In order to have a good Dr/patient relationship there must be good communication and trust. With Dr Waite I found neither. It was my experience that while Dr Waite may listen, she doesn't hear what you are saying. She has an annoying habit of disregarding what you say and instead making INCORRECT assumptions to fit her thoughts. She even had the nerve to blame me for a procedure she was unable to complete blaming it on an assumption she made about me which was totally untrue. In addition when another assumption was made I repeatedly tried to tell her it was NOT the case, but it was like talking to a brick wall. I finally just agreed with her so I could end the office visit, knowing I would not be returning.
  
  There is no chance a accurate diagnosis can be made when it is based on inaccurate information. I am very dissatisfied with this Dr. and would certainly not recommend her.
