  Our overall experience with this school initially was amazing. The staff is great, and the teachers are amazing. When we were in the market for a school for our middle child (22 Months at the time), we were impressed with the quality and care the teachers provide.
  
  What eventually pushed us away from the school was the bullshit policies.
  
  The school is a private school, but tries to mirror public schools in hours and holidays. Our daughter, at the time 2, was set on the same schedule as older kids. Where the bullshit comes to light is in the ridiculous fees.
  
  The hours to drop off kids are from about 8:15 - 8:30, those arriving after 8:30, has to wait outside till about 9. After 9:05, there is a $5 penalty for arriving "Late." What really set me off about the school was when they implemented this policy on a parent that dropped off their children and left. The children were left outside waiting, while the administrative staff watched from inside, too concerned with implementing their policies than to accommodate to the needs of the parents and children.
  
  Also, when picking up your kids, Mon-Fri (with the exception of Wednesday 2:10-2:30) is from about 3:10-3:30, at 3:31, you're charged $5 and $6 on Wednesday.
  
  It baffles me that the administrative staff are too consumed with ridiculous policies than to accommodate to the parents and children that willingly pay good money to have their child at the school by choice.
  
  To my surprise when we withdrew our daughter from this school, other Montessori schools don't have bullshit policies as this school.
  
  Don't get me wrong, the teachers and staff are amazing; its just the owners policies that are killing the quality and value of the school.
