  If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. Worst doctors office in Orlando! The staff is rude, the doctors are horrible, and they barely speak understandable English. I took my daughter in for a ear infection (I had an appointment) and they didn't take me back until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Once I was in the back we waited another hour for a doctor. The doctor barely looked at her. She wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. When I took the prescription into CVS the pharmacist told me that particular medication was taken off the market and was no longer being sold. I had to drive back to the doctors office and get a new Rx. When I explained what happened I was told I didn't know what I was talking about and that they always prescribe this medication and the pharmacist was wrong. Then I was told by two different staff members to drive around SE Orlando to a different pharmacy. I told them I couldn't because of insurance, The staff and doctor insisted both the pharmacist and I were wrong, and they sent me back to the pharmacy. At this point I was heated. I drove back to CVS and again was told the medication was discontinued. The pharmacist was great and he called the doctors office and confronted the staff for me. After about a hour and a half of this I finally got the medication I needed for my child. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take my children back to this office. All the doctors should have their licenses taken away and given a course in current medications. They also need to teach their staff members some respect. Worst pediatric care I have ever seen!! Please DO NOT take your children here!!!!!
