  I would like to tell a tragic story complete with two of the most heartless property managers. David Drawdy and Lorraine Lock-Barnikel. On 1/5/2018 my daughter and her boyfriend woke to find that their 7 week old baby girl had passed of SIDS during the night. Needless to say we notified them immediately and broke the lease due to not being able to face the tragic loss in the same home. I explained the entire situation. Neither Lucy or Ian were able to work during this heartbreaking time. My husband and I cleaned and packed and made the property available for showings and a new tenant was found to start a lease on February 1st. The agents kept their last months rent knowing the situation. So they took from Lucy and Ian and also were paid by the new tenant. It’s greedy, heartless and disgusting to line your pockets from someone else’s tragic loss.
