  I’ve been here a little over a year now and i must say, when i first moved in the staff was unresponsive, irresponsible and just didn’t care about servicing the tenants. Since Nikki Law took over, i was able to get my AC fixed, the kitchen light and my carpets cleaned all in three days after waiting half of my lease agreement for these issues to be reconciled. If it wasn’t for her and her staff, i wouldn’t have renewed my lease. Maintanence is under employed which causes a two day turn around time, but i rather that than to not have my issues resolved. Most of the issues i experience stems from the raccoons, but ever since i expressed my concerns, i see less and less of them. Thank you for actually answering the office phones when i call and for always being professional and polite. I appreciate it. I also want to note that patience is a virtue and a lot of these reviews are answered as a whole before the new staff came because i expressed a lot of frustration to about three different managers before it was resolved by new management. This is the longest I’ve seen the office staff stay the same and i am elated by that because i don’t have to re-explain the purpose of me coming or the issues I’ve faced. Thank you Island Club Staff, you are greatly appreciated.
