  Our visit this morning was less desirable than we had hoped for. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was not good, there was dust on the light fixtures and the windows were filthy. We were seated fairly quickly but it took forever for the food to come out. Once our order arrived it was not exactly what we ordered. Once I got to the bottom of my fries I found a black curly hair on my plate. When leaving I went to the front counter to pay my bill and someone disappeared around the corner with my credit card, I explain to the manager that I had come to the front to pay so that I could stay with my credit card. He acted as if I had lost my mind. I ordered the spicy chicken wrap and received a spicy chicken sandwich that was not spicy. We will not be back.
