  The service and attention we received after having a negative experience has changed my perspective of this establishment. They are responsive, understanding and want to make things right. My children enjoyed themselves and I was very satisfied with how they corrected this for us. Thanks for making it right!
  
  My family and I came here two days in a row. The first day we were told that there was a 5 hour wait for our children to drive. We were understanding and were told to come first thing in the morning. We did that, and came at 11, actually slightly before. Only to then be told that our two children won't be able to drive until 2:30. Why not give us this information on yesterday? Why couldn't we sign up the day before and be told what time to come back on today. If people are making reservations then the establishment should have a working knowledge of when there will be availability to accommodate small families! Don't bother coming if you don't have a large group!
