  I gave 1 star because the people are courteous & nice however, been here 4 different times ever, had 4 different people cut my hair & the only commonality is that all 4 mutilated my hair. They absolutey DO NOT know how to do fades, they leave you with uneven hair & don't do the haircut you requested even when showing them a picture. After one of these "haircuts" was done tremendously bad, in which I had asked for a fade with my hair up top a little longer, she gave me an uneven mohawk. I actually went home, got my clippers & had to give myself a buzz cut. It's painfully obvious that these "stylists" are fresh out of barber school or they just plainly do not know how to cut hair.. I will NEVER go to great clips again! Oh, the name is so ironic because the haircut you get is far from great, it's horrible.....Also, the review stating "Sara did a great job as usual" is fake unless Sara wrote it herself because you will never see the same stylist at the same location after a month.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I would rather have my hair cut by my dog than to trust that lady with a pair of scissors or clippers. The lady completely ruined my hair, SHE EVEN ADMIT TO IT!!! She apologized and said I can give you a shampoo for free but I still need to charge you for the haircut??? Im worried about my hair and all she was worried about was getting paid??? All they care about is taking your money. If you see this review and you're on your way there LEAVE RIGHT NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!! I wish I could give a negative rating I feel that 1 star is too good for them
