  Around noon today, I stopped by this pet hospital and when I walked in, no one was at the desk and the place was very quiet. Finally, a gentleman came out to the waiting area and asked if I needed help. I explained my sons cat (in my car in the carrier) needed her nails clipped. He asked if she’s been there before, if she’s had her shots, all the right questions then continued to tell me they can’t do it today but tomorrow. I didn’t need have an appointment but seriously, how long does it take to trim 10 cat nails? Yes, I am annoyed because I was standing in an empty and quiet waiting room (and living less than 5 minutes away) imagined that a neighborhood vet would be friendlier/sympathetic but I was mistaken. I’m sure if I made an appointment last week I would have gotten the cats nails trimmed. One star is not for the service but for lack of service.

  I'm beyond upset. Made an 11:30 appointment, waited for 40 minutes then was told it'd be another 30 minutes just to get my cat in a room. My cat has very bad anxiety, so making an appointment to get her in and out as quick as possible is crucial. Instead she was crying in the carrier for 40 minutes as three dogs were taken in to rooms in front of us. This was supposed to be the best solution for my cat. It just made an unnecessary day of stress for the both of us.
  
  Don't offer appointments if you can't keep them.
