  Worst experience of my life!!! Don't ever take your car here if you crash. Worst management I've ever saw in a business. They are really unorganized, tried to charge for labor that I had to help with. Ignored me for 30 min before realizing I was waiting for someone to assistance. Very rude employees and management.definately a bad look for gerber. I already lost everything and there still making the process more stressful.
