  The food is good, but the service is always a hit or miss. The first time I ordered over the phone, the guy was obviously extremely annoyed that I was having trouble understanding his accent. The second time I tried ordering online to avoid this happening again and the system allowed me to order an alteration that wasn’t actually available. Third time I ordered online and the place was closed despite their hours saying they were open, so I’ll have to go back to calling in to order.
  
  Separate from the service though, the food is always delicious which is why I keep going back. I get garlic knots with every order, I’ve always gotten them fresh and my family devours them in minutes.
