  My garage door malfunctioned after accidentally closing on a box, and could not be lowered. The Doctor (Jereme) responded promptly to my call on a Friday evening and came over to my home within 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the issue (detached cable), the steps needed for the fix, and gave me an estimate for the repairs. The estimate was entirely fair, and additionally he offered a discount to me as an educator. Lovely! He worked quickly and got everything working well again -- also advising me on further maintenance to keep the door ship-shape on my own. Prompt service, friendly and approachable demeanor, efficient work and great results! I heartily recommend this company, and would gladly call on them again for any future needs.
