  Upon arriving, room door was wide open and unattended. Was given another room. They only provide one shuttle to park and back, and it picks up no later than 5pm, the parks close at 10pm, shuttle service is poor.
  
  Location is very close to park attractions with plenty of restaurants. Guest services seem hardly interested in assisting with the exception of Ianca, who was very pleasant and helpful. Phone in room did not work, carpet is dated and smelled, channels are very limited, rooms need to be updated as well. WiFi is EXTREMELY slow with weak signal.
  
  Breakfast could be modified, only thing hot is coffee and waffles, needs eggs and sausages. Sitting is limited and crowded at best.
