  I’m very disappointed with my most recent experience given the fact that Express joe’s car wash has been the only carwash location I’ve used while living in Orlando. While visiting today (5/24) the antenna cover (shark fin) of my Hyundai Elantra broke off during the wash. Immediately upon noticing I returned to the location and asked to speak with a manager. The manager informed me he had found the piece and had me wait while he went to retrieve it. He comes back five minutes later and hands me a broken piece showing absolutely no sympathy, nor speaking a word to me. He breaks the silence by telling he is not responsible for this, and that the location had taken measures to avoid incidents like these from happening. I found his lack of alignment frustrating as at no point did he even bother to put himself in my position. I’m also maddened by him saying measures were recently taken to prevent this from happening, as it had clearly JUST happened to me. He blew me off and told me to head to my dealer and tell them piece had just “flown off,” and hope they would replace it.
  
  If you have a car with a “shark fin” avoid this location.
