  Not a bad place for being new, it’s a much needed relaxing establishment in this area that’s still dealing with opening issues. I appreciate their family friendly environment however at first glance going in I thought I had opened the doors to a daycare instead of a brewery. We tried half of their offerings with two flights and as expected I liked some and I disliked some. The service was good however I was disappointed that they did not know, or provide any information about the beers they offered. Not a bad place and I hope they do well and grow. Keep it family friendly but get rid of the daycare at the entrance.

  I love Ellipsis. It's one of my favorite breweries in all of Orlando. They have 16 beers on tap, 15 of their own and 1 guest tap. You can pick different sizes for the beers for different prices. This is the only brewery I've ever been that does that. Plus there's no beer over $7 a pint. What's not to love?
