  I've visited Eight at East as a guest several times and was really impressed by the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse. The place looks like a resort! The apartments are a decent size with a good amount of closet space. Guests have to park in visitor parking after 6 PM, though. It's better than my own community where guests take up too many spaces and I've had to park far away from my building, so I completely understand why the policy is in place. I've met the office team and they are really friendly. Even though I was there as a guest, they made me feel welcome.
