  Customer service is very weak. I received a ice coffee with coffee grounds in it as well as waiting for more than five minutes for an iced coffee. Would not reccomend this Dunkin.

  It's convenient for a quick on the go. The taste can vary even though you choose the same thing more than once. Otherwise, it's amazing ☺️

  Never had a bad experience at this DD. Staff here are usually friendly and they come through for me more often than not. However, there are few hiccups in consistency with how the iced coffee (and other drinks) is made. The temperature of the coffee and amount of ice (too much) is a hit or miss as well. What ultimately takes a star off my review is the number of employees. They appear understaffed frequently. Overall this Dunkin Donuts is a solid and I look forward to walking here everyday.
