  They were a little understaffed. So the wait time took longer, And it's not even the busy season yet. Limited choice of cars we wanted an American car and had issues to get it. Finally got a Dodge Journey and when the transmission died (41k)they gave me a little bit of running around and finally agreed to give me a lift back to the airport to rent another car. No problems with the Chevy. I don't know if I would use them again but at least they made everything right& only took 4hr of my day to get me and family back on road.

  Have been using Dollar for years now and have never had a problem, the folks that assist have always been courteous and helpful. Did have a slight problem a couple years ago with a flat tire and the folks at Hertz assisted in getting me a new vehicle so no time or vacation lost while in Clearwater.
  
  My latest rental was a compact type and after picking the vehicle up realized I could have used the next size. Did not want to dicker on a different vehicle so stayed with the one I got originally and am not that sure what the procedure would be for an upgrade, no matter all turned out ok. I would definitely recommend Dollar for your next rental.
