  I often wonder about these reviews and wonder if the owner has his friends write them or the owner is doing it himself, but when you read mine, I want you to know that I am honestly the customer and work was done at the home my husband and I purchased.
  We had had all the closets and pantry done in your home by Closets by Design and Ron Poisson was the interior designer who came to the house and did the complete designing of the closets. This man is true professional and a true genius at his job. First of all the value of our home is only $164,000 but Ron worked with us like he was doing a million dollar home. He spent two and a half hours with us completing the design and when he left we had the complete drawings and lay out of every closet. I know price is important but I want you to know they beat Home Depot and Closet by Design material was superior to Home Depot.
  When the installers showed up I was shocked and could not believe what I saw. The two men were dressed looking like we were taking them to lunch at a nice restaurant. Both men were very polite and very professional. Before they began their work they went over every closet to make sure it will be to what we ordered. There was no small talk and they got right to their job and what a great job they did.
  Please do hesitate to use this company you will not be disappointed and even if you have gotten other quotes from other companies and they might come up a little higher, please spent the money and use Closet by Design because I know it will be done right and you will less headaches. One more thing I am having them do my kitchen also.

  I was referred to Closets by Design from a friend, and I was very satisfied with the experience. The designer listened to my needs and created a custom solution for them. She even counted and measured my shoes! The installers were professional and courteous, and they finished several areas in my home in one day (wall bed, office and master closet). They left each area clean and ready for my all my stuff.

  Don't expect customer service, attention to detail, or the slightest attempt to correct shoddy installation.
