  Really, truly wonderful food and five-star service! Their clam chowder is very well-executed, and their steaks and fish are truly exceptional. Everyone in our party was extremely happy, and our server was pleasant, fast, and appropriately attentive; even when I've come for lunch, the staff doesn't hang around and try to force unwanted conversation (something too many restaurants these days are encouraging...ugh!), nor do they disappear for ages, making you wonder where your refill or check is. Why would you pay $20 for a cheeseburger? Because here, it's worth every penny-plus-tip. Once, during lunch here, two children who were getting tired of sitting still started making too much noise (parents, take your young children somewhere else, please), and when the server couldn't handle it, the manager quickly did. The Capital Grille clearly cares about your *entire* experience; rarely do I find a restaurant where everything tastes perfect, and I really feel relaxed and appreciated. Please do whatever it takes to keep your staff, particularly the lovely redheaded lady the last time I was in for lunch; I was eating alone that time, and she was simply charming. :)
