  Terrible Fastbreak experience. Was promised a Ford Fusion or equivalent. Budget wanted to put me in a stripped down Kia. Budget did not care about our satisfaction. After over an hour trying to find a nice car we end up with a Malibu that has a warning indicator on. Then we ask at the gate how to pay cash for the tolls. They said that if we go into the cash lane you will not be charged. I asked them to deactivate the toll unit and they said you do not have to, we won't be charged. So we pull into the cash lane with our money out and the booth operator said the toll unit paid the toll. I am NOT paying $3.99 per day plus the toll cost. Thanks Budget for this frustrating and sad experience. We are going back to Avis for our next car rental.

  Absolutely amazing experience with renting a vehicle from this location. Traci was great at helping us. It was effortless and no hassle. We needed a last minute rental car, I called her and within 30 minutes she had us in a car at a reasonable price. She even gave us a discount and helped us with all of our concerns. Dropping of the car was also a breeze. Thanks traci.

  I have been using the Budget Rental at the Double Tree Resort location on Hotel Plaza Drive for about maybe 10 years. We rent for about 2-1/2 months every years with no problems. The personal at that location (Tracy and Seth) smiles when either I come in or others after me.
