  We came here on the recommendation from another AC company. We needed a replacement capacitor after our AC unit started blowing warm air.
  
  They do have a large selection of supplies and they are open to the public.
  
  We used a multimeter to test our capacitor and found that it wasn't working properly.
  
  We called and asked about the part and they said they had it and gave us a price. They were really friendly over the phone.
  
  20 minutes later we arrive at the Forsyth location. We're not greeted and there's a gentleman with a green shirt, sunglasses on his head and mustache (not the bald guy) who just stares at us when we walk in not saying a single word. He's giving us this negative vibe and attitude while I'm asking him about the part.
  
  "What makes you think that part is broken?" I explain to him my diagnosis. He puts two capacitors in front of us and I ask about the difference between the two. "This one is Chinese and this one is made in America." I definitely appreciate the information but it's the way he was saying everything. Very condescending. Rude much?
  
  The way he was answering our questions wasn't very professional. We only came here on the recommendation from another company but we'll go back to Shoreline next time we need a part immediately.
