  I lived here for 4 years they raise the lot rent every 6 to 12 months they the new two lady's in the office are races the go around picking on people who don't do nothing but work and allways put non sense on stuff in your own yard that everyone has they only see it in you they are rude and I am planning on doing a petition on them to see if anyone wants to join so they can get fired from office they should only be dealing with the drugs and other stuff instead on picking on the others who don't do nothing

  If you like the hood this is the spot. After I bought my house I then relised what I was in to. I never had a serious problem with anyone there however after living there for 5 years, I have had to drop to the floor several times with my kids in the middle of the nite because of gun shot. There are many drug spots there. The management will find ways to keep your house. Management will "send letters" that you never receive just so they can find ways to fine you. The management is very rude. Google this place and look at all the shootings that have happened there and drug labs that have been busted in the past. Management will not return your calls. Drive by around a Friday nite once management leaves to see the place when it's most active with drug activity. Research the news reports and let them speak for themselves.
