  I stopped in for windshield wiper blades. The computer in the wiper aisle had a low battery, so I had to ask the sales clerk. She looked it up and replied with a size that was not plausible (26" blade for a Jeep Wrangler). I asked her to look again, and she replied "that's what the computer says." I went outside, pulled one off the car (15") and picked up two. Unfortunately, the sales clerk was involved in a personal call (it was obviously personal) and could not be bothered to ring up my purchase. I decided to leave and order on Amazon.
  
  It is no wonder brick and mortar stores are closing.
