  We used Ace to transport us from Port Canaveral and our cruise ship to Disney world and Universal Studios we had a group of 12 with some going to each resort. From booking to returning us to port everything was seamless they even had a car seat installed and ready to go for my nephew. The communication is excellent we received a text at 0545 the morning of our reservation with our driver's name (Walter) and contact information. Walter was waiting for us outside the ship the minute the cruise cleared us to leave long before the cruise shuttles even began boarding. We had his cell and he assured us if anyone burnt out early just to give him a call and he could come and pick us up at either resort whenever we were ready to return. Well kids at Disney World do not apparently want to leave early and if anything we ended up leaving a bit later than planned Walter assured us we would make it back to our ship and he made it happen. Because we chose Ace and had a great driver we were able to add at least 3 more hours to our time at Disney (if not more) than our ship was offering for about 10.00 per person more. I would highly recommend using Ace if you have a shore excursion at Port Canaveral.

  We used Ace this past week for our group of 9 from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral for our cruise. The experience with Ace was wonderful! The first driver, Harry was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and the van was perfect for our group. From the port back to the airport our driver, Basem great! He was there waiting for us to get off the ship and the van was perfect again. Both drivers were friendly and there were no problems or issues at all. Will definitely use Ace again! Thank you!!
