  Came trying to get a diagnostic on my car. I am from out of town and thought this was going to be a good place to figure out what was wrong with my transmission but I was wrong. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic and they told me they couldn’t give me in detail what was wrong and the manager was going to have to call me the next day. However, that never happened and I had to call the store back to see if I can get in contact with the manger. The person I talked to said they will call the manager and have him call me which didn’t happen again. Going on two weeks and still never received a call referring to the issues with my transmission from the manager. I now have to find a new shop to take my car.

  I used to go here years ago, excellent service but since they got this new owner with his kids the service been terrible. Droped off my truck and told them to call me when it was ready. They said ir would be ready by 1, i ended up calling them at 2 and they told me it was ready since 12, forgot to call me. Real unprofessional. Last time i took it here i had a bad distributor, they told me i needed a distributor cap and rotor, plugs and wires and a new coil. Ran the bill up to 300 plus tax and it would take 3 hours. Im like dude, the parts wont get to 80 bucks and i can do that myself in less than 10 mts. I walked off, never came back in here. If you gonna run a business dont let ur dumbass kid tell me whats wrong with the car when i know more than him. Old owner would had the mechanic come tell me what was the problem and take me to the bay and show me. Not send a lil kid to tell me what mighy be wrong.
