    I have had issues with this office since last year. They never returned phone calls, give you results or even just follow up. My appointment last year, the PA told me that I couldn't ask certain questions because that would fall under a different "billing code" and I would be charged for it. I said fine, bill but the next excuse was they could only bill for service a day. I mean really?! Nothing came of that appointment. I didn't have time to find another location so I call this for their next available appointment. They gave me this morning at 7:30. I WAITED 2 HOURS for nothing. No one checked on me , just left me there. When I came out, they said they were busy. Why book my appointment for that day then? It's about the insurance money. Doctors and nurses are incompetent and it is clear as night and day. I Told them I wanted my co-payment back and a copy of my records. If you value your health and time, don't go here! Seriously, it was a TERRIBLE experience and the service stinks.

    This place SUCKS. I tried to schedule an appointment and the only thing they said was that they were busy and that I couldn’t schedule a FOLLOW-UP appointment to discuss my test results. The person on the phone was so unprofessional and not to mention that they take forever to call you in fr your appointment even if you get there early. They are always running behind. I don’t recommend this place at all.
