  First, I love this place because of their high-intensity work-outs. The training also focuses on forms and technique. The teachers are attentive to the needs of the students. They work and challenge the students based on their abilities. Second, my stamina, energy level and flexibility have increased greatly. Don't get stuck in the boring gym, come here to UPMAFC and experience fun, and challenging work-out and training. Highly recommended for those who are starting or continuing their karate training.
