  This place used to be my go to place for all my cars. NEVER AGAIN!!! I took my car in to get it checked for oil leaking, belt noise and pulsating breaks. All of which had been performed at one of this owners’ two Tuffy locations. The prior inspection a month ago at the Curry Ford location claimed the water pump was the cause of the noise and the leak, and the breaks needed new rotors (the rotors and breaks were serviced at the Narcoossee location 10 months ago, and included a LIFETIME WARRANTY). So after this inspection, the oil was leaking from a faulty oil pan gasket (that Tuffy installed), and the noise MAY BE the timing chain tensioner or guides (and of course $150 exploratory surgery would be required to confirm). And the brakes needed new rotors. So after speaking to the service advisor, he agreed to install new rotors (that I purchased) as a courtesy because of their lifetime warranty and it was done only 10 months ago. And he wasn’t going to charge me for an inspection since I just had one done a month ago at the other Tuffy on Curry Ford and the oil leak was their fault. Everything was great, Right? Wrong!!! A couple hours later I get a call from DEN (General Manager), stating the service advisor didn’t know what he was doing and he HAS to charge me $30 for the inspection, $40 for an Engine degrease (which I didn’t have done) and $80 to put my rotors on because the LIFETIME WARRANTY was no longer valid. So hold my car as hostage I have no other option but to pay their fee to get my car back. DEN has absolutely no customer service, terrible management skills and has lost a customer forever due to his greed and shortsightedness. BEWARE of TUFFY on Narcoossee and Curry Ford.
