  TSA agent refused to give me a bucket/bowl for my pocket items even after I asked for one and saw a whole stack of empty ones waiting to be used. He made me take the time during busy hours to find space for all of my items in my bag. My phone and expensive sunglasses got crushed by someone’s suitcase in the machine. I am very upset with them. It’s not that much of a challenge to do your job.

  Procedures were inconsistent and directions were confusing. Staff was rude implying that passengers could not read when signs are just not visible in heavy crowds. One staff member was directing people into four different lines and was rude when people did not know which line to go in. I will say that the check was quick but could be quicker if instructions were more visible or clear and there was more organization in the layout of the lines.
  
  Also, TSA in general should be consistent throughout all US airports. This experience was very different from our TSA check on the way to Orlando.
