    Noted as the worst T-Mobile store I've ever visited. They aren't accurate on any of their policies and don't seem to care. They will tell you wrong information without investigating your account. I caught the rep in about 3 lies about insurance within 5 minutes! This is the closest store to where I live, and convenient, but I will never step foot in this store again.

    This store treats you like family. David the store manager is world class and I can understand why he is in charge. He is the reason I'm not leaving T-mobile. I will be writing the CEO of T-mobile to inform him how this store and David should be recognized as one of the best in the area of customer service. David could clearly hear my pain over the phone and he made me very comfortable while he looked into my issue. Thanks David and staff. You understand that the customer is the reason you exist in business. You took a lot of stress out of our life and we are thankful.
